A career as an air traffic controller and lifelong passion for aviation taught me more about life than I could imagine. That personal journey of discovery and understanding has created a unique vision of how we can remain ahead of our personal power curve to live a life we desire. Starting with a look at the basic physics of the four forces of flight, I turn those into the four forces of life. Just like flight, a stable life requires knowing where you are on that power curve. Sharing that vision is a mission I embrace and love.
My Hope: to leave you with the knowledge, the tools, and the passion to lead a life of purpose, joy, and strength.

As a keynote speaker for an audience of virtually any size, I love to share my personal story while giving those listening the tools to pursue a life of fulfillment and influence. For 30 to 60 minutes, I keep audiences laughing, thinking, and maybe even shedding a tear. Why? To frame the complexities of life in a simple 2-axis picture that is easy to turn to when life pulls one behind their own personal power curve. More than a speech, each delivery is a unique learning opportunity for every listener, including myself.

Fully interactive and deeply relevant, my intimate group (12 or less) half-day and full-day workshops challenge participants to look inward to understand who they are, where their thrust and lift come from, as well as the weight and drag they have to overcome. In other words, to live ahead of their personal power curve. For organizational offerings, the return multiplies with the layering of each person's journey with their peers' to understand and recognize the organization's own power curve.
